[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Deactivation of VAS video store and techzone | |||
Sir/Madam, In response to my previous complaint dated Oct 23, 2014 and complaint link: https://www.consumercomplaints.inreliance-gsm-deactivation-of-vas-video-store-c956574 I received a call from Reliance customer care executive who said that video store will be deactivated. It did get deactivated for 2 days but after that it got activated again on Oct 29, 2014 and along with it VAS techzone got activated. Now I'm not activating these services, I don't even require any of the VAS services, then why are these services getting activated automatically?
