[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Deduct amount from my account | |||
I have recharged rs110 which I got 125; however after 2 days I had balance of rs80 and when I got up today I checked I had 0 balance on my phone. I called reliance customer care and asked where my balance gone. The representative first put me on long hold and then came back and said she do not have any update then asked me transfer the call to her senior representative. after 10-12 minutes I can't even heard anything then I had to disconnect the call. I have paid for this call but did not get any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
