[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Deduction of balance from my prepaid account | |||
Sir On 11/10/2015 at 12.30 PM I received the following message "You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs sevice for 30 days". My balance was deducted by Rs 90/-. I don't know what this service is... I have never subscribed for any services. I have made many calls to Reliance Customer Care but never connected. It is always kept on call waiting. Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service for Rs. 90 is due on 25/03/2016.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free).
The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.
