Reliance Gsm — Didn't get correct 3g data and balance shown in negative | |||
Mobile no: [protected] I had done recharge for 3g net on 29 August with 246 rs. According to plan, data should be 2 GB. But I didn't get that much data, only get around 1 GB. Even my balance account is showing in negative. I had around 260 balance in my account. Then I recharge net pack from *129# (GMN246). I got message that GMN246 has been successfully activated. I registered a complaint with reliance CC. they heared my story and then they said we are putting you call on hold and after few minutes they were disconnected the call. I called them many times. But same thing happened again and again. I am using reliance more than 8 yes. I can't expect that thing. Really frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |||
