[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Faculty service and unlawful deductions | |||||
I had recharged Internet Packs of Rs. 156 (3G) on 9/11/15 and Rs. 27 (2G) on 3/12/15. But I am unable to use it. I have registered many complaints, even at Appellate Office. But still no resolution was achieved. Neither am I able to use the service nor is the amounts refunded. I am deeply offended by this attitude of the Company. Please help me. I was told by the Customer Service personal that they will look into the matter. On 1/12/15 I was informed that the problem has been rectified. So I recharged again with an amount of Rs. 27 for 2G internet. But still I am not able to use the internet facility.
I again complained about this problem. But the Customer Service personal asked me to hold the line and after around 15 minutes, suddenly disconnected the call. This type of incident happened many times.
I am totally frustrated by this incident.
I am a long standing customer of Reliance Communications (GSM) and this sort of behavior deeply offended me.
