Mr. Ashok B Vaghasia, Bloch-501- Maansi Ganga Appartment B-5, Vraj Bhumi Sector A, Vraj chowk, Simaada Gaam, SURAT- Guajarat State. Respected Sir, in respect to above subject Ihave made several complains to the customer care of mobile @198, and with personelly to the reliance web stores, despite of addmiting address proof and all other required documents, my mobile's internet services since from[protected], is not working. Hence I want to know why all this fault is not solved by your company, , ..? Even I have complained to the Reliance noddle officer, Gujarat. I have not received any proper reply, till today from your company...!!! Hence I requested you to solve this problem URGENTLY and start my INYERNET facility ay earliest and inform me on my mobile. thanking you much, yours faithfully, ASHOK B VAGHASIYA. SURAT
