I lost my mobile & went to reliance customer care with fir, photo & id first reliance customer representative said our system not working then i went to another reliance customer care but she also said me to wait for 2 minutes but still after half an hour she did not even acknowledged my complaint and after 30 minutes i leave the customer care without any service.
