[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Messages coming from 3600 | |||
I am a user of Reliance GSM 3G of MP & CG circle. Right now I live in Mumbai. I have done a 3G data recharge on my Reliance no. [protected]. After that msg regarding remaining data balance is coming from 3600 and it is like flooding. Whenever network fluctuate or I turn off data atleast 4 to 5 message comes from 3600 continously. If I am keeping my data connection turn on for whole day then nearly 200 mesaages will come in a day. Since I am in roaming I am not able to connect customer care. Request you to block the messages coming from 3600 as it is really irritating. Also late me know is there any long term recharge for incoming free on roaming. As you said in the recent comment a Reliance customer associate has called me 2 days before but my problem is not resolved till date. So please don't write such comment that my problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. I am still facing message flooding from 3600 (nearly 50 msgs in a single night). Issue is still open and pending at your end. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
