Dear Sir I am Santosh Kumar Mohanty an user of Reliance GSM Service Bearing Phone Number [protected] want to lodge a complaint against an unauthorised balance deduction of Rs 33 on Date 27.06.14 between 11.00pm to 12.00 am.Then I have tried to contact the customer care 2 times at 12.25am.Insted Of giving me the details about the deduction, both the executives(Prasant & Pradeep as mentioned in the feedback massage) put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and did not resume the call.
