[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Mobile showing Roaming notification unnecessarily and couldn't make call.. | |||
Hello sir/madam, I'm using Reliance Gsm sim. I'm living in Pune city, Maharashtra and From few months, my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. I haven't change circle i.e. cellular network circle(Maharashtra Circle). When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint. I also tried to talk with Customer Care Supervisor but as usual they are always busy..!!! So please help me.. My name is Yuvraj R Tidame. Cell no. [protected] Email Id. Hi my no. is [protected] it show roaming in delhi. i have 3g data but is shows RE. and also 3g not woking in roaming when i go outside delhi. now theses days somewher its shows H+ but cannot access any thing.

Is [protected], i am always facing this problem, it is my second day with this new sim card, and i am still getting same roaming problem, other relaince mobile in my house is working nicely, please help me, reliance is charging me on the basis of.roaming.and the last thing is this it is showing 'G' symbol and on the of this it is showing 'R'.

My phone number is [protected]. Unnecessarily it's showing roaming and deducting charges accordingly. And i have paid a good amount with no fault of mine. It's quite weird thing to happen. I have tried several times to talk to reliance customer care but I don't understand why even they call it customer care when either it's difficult to reach them or there phone is busy. Kindly fix the problem.
