I am your customer since 2011 but you dont have any consent about the customer's problem. every times i contacted your customer care dept. that worst customer service provider, they never ready to take initiative to resolve the customer problem only wanted how qucik they can disconnect the customer's call. i am continuosly facing network problem, most of the time number is not reachable. i am totally frustrated with the service of yours... whenver i called on customer care number everyone promissed they will give call back but no call back was done.. help me from worst service proivder.
can i expect any resolution from your side.
