Dear Sir/ma'am, I had recharge my reliance number by 246 there was offer available at *129# at my mobile number 2GB 3G data thereafter I complained to customer care they assured me that I will received after 4 days and issue reference number to SR is[protected]. But yet I have not received full benefits of offer now I received massage that you are not aligible for this offer and now I'm trying to contact customer care but they not respond. As per telephonic discussion with customer service team they told me to share screen shot of offer available on my number [protected] but offer was available at the time when I recharged my number but now offer not available on my number. So I couldn't provide screen shot of mentioned offer.
