My Name is ShyamaKaran Dubey. I'm a reliance India GSM customer. I want to inform you that I received a Massage from Reliance daily Offer on my mobile phone and recharged my mobile number in same way as they instruct but I couldn't find the promised Offer. I've E-mail to the Reliance customer care but after waited for more than 1 week no reply or data received. Then I decided to inform you about their cheating people and this behaviour. Here I'm submitting The full details What I send them in E-mail with proper evidence. Please check and take an action so that this company never do such thing with anyone in future. - Thanks

The current plane was "Recharge with 149 Rupees = 3GB, 2G data for 30
days". I instant received only 2GB data(instead of 3GB data Promised).
I called your customer help service 198 and they also promised me that
Next 1GB data will be added within 48 hours. But after waiting till
this time I've not received my Full data that was promised .
Please Send my full promised Data as soon as Possible. I've also
submitted the Offer plan as, Promised and recharge details in Image
Format below for an solid evidence.
