Reliance Gsm — Refusal to reverse wrong recharge | |||||
Hi my name is robin. I recharged my phone online however i entered 1 digit wrong because of which the recharge went to another number. When i contacted reliance gsm customer care the representative refused to debit that amount back to my ac. I agree that its my mistake i entered wrong number but however it is th3 company's responsibility to pay back that amount because ultimately the amount has gone to the company. I did two recharges one which for 57rs following which i did a recharge of rs 10. However small be the amount im entitled to the benefit which is to be availed from it.
