[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Reliance unnecessary charges by the name of vas | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had registered the following complaint on 28-AUG-2014. {{ I am using two mobile numbers of reliance GSM prepaid, namely- [protected](DELHI) [protected](RAJASTHAN) In every 9-10 days messages came to my both numbers saying that you have been charged for value added services(VAS), amount charged for VAS Video Store, your missed call alert service have been activated etc... (1) On 18-AUG-2014 at 8:35 a.m. a message came from reliance on my '[protected]' number saying that your missed call alert service has been successfully renewed at Rs.19.00 for 19 days. Actually from years i had not subscribe any missed call service and in the message it is written that the service is "RENEWED". (2)On my [protected] following messages came to my number- -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (21-JULY-2014) -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (22-JULY-2014) -Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00 (29-JULY-2014) -Amount Charged for VAS Video Store Rs:1.00 (27-AUG-2014) And when i called the customer care then they are not able to solve my problem, and when i forced to submit my complaint regarding the above charges applied on my phones then they used to say that we are not able to help you, please contact after some time and cut the calls. Present days i am unable to contact the customer care, as the phone automatically cuts. These things forcing me to go to the consumer court and port my both numbers to another network. }} A call came yesterday regarding this complaint and the customer executive convinced me that my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible. But today i.e. 30-AUG-2014 one more message came to my [protected](RAJASTHAN) saying that- "AMOUNT CHARGED FOR VAS USSD SERVICES RS:3.00".
