Reliance Gsm — Renewal of Message Pack and Poor Service..!!! | |||
Respected sir/madam, I'm a reliance customer since last 4 years (Mobile no [protected]). I have been activated a sms pack of Rs. 19/- 4 years ago. The message pack supposed to be renewed on 17th July. But it doesn't...! I called customer care on 17th July, that time they said, it will be renewed soon. I wait for 2 days but yet this pack in not renewed. Today when i contact them about it, they are just telling that this pack is not available anymore...! Actually it should be available for old customers because it is available of old customers only...! There is another problem, when i call to customer executives; they usually come up with different solutions for a problem..! What the hell is this..!! How there would be different solution for a single problem. The most horrible thing is, now a day their senior supervisor also does such nonsense! I tried to contact with team leader (in charge), he kept me on hold for 40 minutes..!!! And even though he couldn't respond to me. So please solve my problem...!
