[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Unable to connect to customer care on number 198 | |||||
I am using 2 number 1 is RIM GSM [protected] and second CDMA [protected]. and unable to connect to customer care from last 2 months. I send so many mails to delhi nodal officer and RIM customer care.but they call me and told me that your problem will be resolve ASAP.but still my problem are same.can you look in to matter.and resolve ASAP. And secondly I am using RIM 3G connection. now I have 3G net balance in my mobile.but the amount deducted from my main account.don't know why.so please It's humble request to all.please please resolve this issue ASAP.
