[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — unfair deduction of balance | |||
Sir My reliance gsm no is [protected] (delhi).on Sunday evening reliance has falsely and unfairly deducted my left over 3G data of 790MB and main balance of 40. In order to raise a complain i called 198 thrice during the first call, they just disconnected my call by saying that their system goes hanged and in next call he said u consumed ur left over data on 19:23 hrs.now ques arises is that how one can use his 790mb of data in just seconds.His behavior was also not good .third time they just blocked my number .this whole scenario comes under the definition of deficiency of services under consumer protection act 1986.I hope u will take up the matter seriously and reverse the whole deduction as your company is very reputed one. thanks Sumit Agarwal [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
