[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Without any reason data pack expires before time limit | |||||
On 20th oct i recharged my number [protected] with rs 127 2g pack valid for 21 days via paytm. and then with rs 9 1gb pack two times.Last night there was 3 gb data in my number. Today morning (23th ) oct. there was no balance. when i asked customer care they said server problem data will be refound. But nothing happening .They could nt give any reason. my pack expired in 3days only. They said we have regestered your complaint and will contact you soon. But no complaint regestration message came to me. Once they said you have used all of your data. How is it possible to use 3 gb 2g data in one night. Again they said it has expired. Its was going to expire on 11 november . But how it expired in 3 days only ?? I am too hurt . Please help . Was this information helpful? | |||||
