[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — wrong balance deduction problems again | |||
hello reliance gsmi am very much upset with the customer related policies of relianceneither i received any resolution for my previous complaint nor of my current complainti am a customer of reliance gsm from 10 years and i never used any chargable services andalso i didnt know how to send message and neither i used messaging service in my lifesimilarly i never used gprs/internet service on my phone since i purchased connection nor i know how to use the internet service because my phone is NOT A GPRS ENABLE HANDSETon 6th of march it was the evening time when i got a call from reliance gsm customer cell, FIRST OF ALL HOW A RELIANCE CUSTOMER CAN CALL A DND CUSTOMER, then the executive forcely gave me an offer for internet, i refused for that because neither i want to use internet nor i know about how to use internet in non gprs enabled phone, then suddenly my rs 55 deducted from my accountwhat kind of practice is this being followed by reliance gsm, , , first reliance calls then reliance forcefully reduces the balance...didnt u think its a kind of AUTOCRATIC DICTORSHIP BEHAVIOUR of relianceit really driving me out from reliance, i have full intentions of porting my number to other companyplease resolve my complaintashok dodwanipersonal number - [protected]retailler lapu number - [protected] (last few months activations are nearly 1000 connections)the problem of wrong balance deduction is on my personal number - [protected]and as a retailler i have activated neraly 1000 connections from my retaillers lapu - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
