[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Wrong info given .. abusive harassment call to my contact list | |||||
Hi I got call from reliance for MNP but took new # .. was told will get 300 of on first bill .. which was wrong commitment.. there was always network issue i could hardly access internet through it, which i reported them many time over the phone but never got call back or any resolution .. .. .. so i stopped paying them bill ..on Monday 19/10/2015 a lady with name neha started making abusive calls (i can't even state those language here on web site) on my friends and family # .. she called my brother and my friend and abused them ..even she abused to my elderly mom and said to her that her son(I) have died .. it was so horrifying for her .. she started crying and while neha rep from reliance was laughing and said to me "let me take you in conference".. i was not using the connection from mounts but was forced to make payment coz of those circumstances as she told my borther other wise she would take out the call list of all no. of my family member through statement as she said she had access to call details of idea and all other network provider i was told to submit Rs1432..so finally i made payment to stop these harassment..but i was in shock by there behavior and the way they used for collection so is tagged Rcommcare on twitter hoping they would take it serriously, i got call from some name hardeep from reliance mumbai 022********* some no. i told her issue and every thing but she was least bother to address my concern .. when i asked her how they can make harassing on the # which i used to call on (because as per my knowledge it's breach of privacy ..) and they had my alternate # and address she said collection agencies can do that but it was clear she was making call for formality .. even she told me i still of 300 and my connection is not settled and i will be getting another bill .. which i haven't used in months .. i do have some recording of the abusive conversation she had made to my family .. i'm still in shock and want resolution ASAP..
