[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong information Reliance WebSite | |||||
Hi, Wrong information has provided in Reliance Mobile Web site (rcom.co.in). When I dial *129# in mobile -- "Unlimited Calls" -- "Unlimited Local & STD Reliance calls" -- Rs 89/ (30 days validity). When I checked in Reliance web site (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?i=IC), it has been showing as Rs 89/- (7 days validity only). Which information should I trust? I wrote a mail to Reliance Customer Care multiple times but they did not respond. I could not understand why customer care people did not reply to mails. Earlier also I was faced this type of issues with Reliance. Reliance is very worst service. We should trust this A worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
