Reliance Gsm — Wrongly deduction of main balance and data balance | |||
I am customer of reliance with mobile no, [protected], which was a reliance cdma no, now reliance gsm. I have a complain that from the above mention number main account balance and data balance has been deducted. On the day of 10/07/2016 i make a data recharge or rs 74/- at 1:54pm. I was using data on 11/07/2016 at 1:00 am onward, suddenly net connection gets slow, when i checked my balances there was only rs 0.02 as main balance which was approx rs 77 before, and data balance was 428 mb. After that i discontinued internet and around 7:00am on 11/07/2016 again i checked balances, now at that time main balance was remain rs 0.02 and data balance was reduced to 1.88mb. When i talked to reliance customer representative they told first time that your main balance is deducted for overusing of data. But how this is possible if i have already data balance in my account which is also is in my account till now. And for data deduction the told that this is wrongly deducted. When i talk to senior support executive they told me that both deduction is wrongly charged. And my refund will be in my account within 24 after lodging a complain. The give me s r no[protected] for main balance deduction and s r no[protected] for data balance deduction. On 11/07/2016 at 1:45pm i get massage that my complains has been resolved but i don't get the benefits.
