Reliance — Incorrect activation for recharge | |||||
I recharged my mobile no the Rs.9 data pack through online on[protected]. I received the message stating 1024 MB data pack has been activated on your mobile. I have been trying for the whole day, unfortunately I am not able to connect to connect to the internet for the whole day. I called 198 several times but unable to register the complaint. Finally I got message to call the 30333333 from emergency hotline. I called them and inquired that I am not able to connect to the internet, they replied me that the Rs. 9 pack activated for you is RTR outgoing free for 24hrs pack and not the data pack. I was totally upset by their reply and told them that I have received the message that data pack has been activated and you are telling that other pack is activated, if this is the case, I am not happy with your service, kindly refund the recharge amount to my account. They replied that this is not possible. I am totally frustrated from their reply and writing this mail for the inconveniences caused. Claim: Refund the recharge amount = Rs. 9/- Internet charges = Rs. 30/- Call cost = Rs. 10/- For Mental agony = Rs. 9216/- (1024 MB * Rs. 9).
