Reliance Industries — Fridge not delivered | |||
I purchased Hitachi ref. WB480 GB on[protected] from reliance digital of Madanapalle, chittoor Dist. 517325, A.P.the shop asked me to submit the bill on[protected] after noon for home delivery. So I went to the shop and showed the bill they entered the details and told me it will be brought to my home very shortly. I waited for 3 hours and again called the shop number to know why they did not bring the fridge? they asked me to bring the bill again to the shop as they want to note some more details, I refused to do so. Already I paid the complete amount Rs.58070 and they marked the stamp also on the bill. How many times should i go to the shop ? for their negligence.
