Hi,
I am facing internet speed issue at my residential area fro last more than 1.5 month and I tried to call Jio customer care many times.But every time they are telling that " This is because of their customers are increased in my area, so congestion is there and our technical team will resolve this issue shortly " But till now, no action from their end.
The speed of inernet is very third class.My earlier 2 G sim was better than Jio 4G.
My address : Satellite Township, Lasodiya, Indore : 452012.
Last service request number:SR00000M4CZ9

Youtube is running for 5-10 seconds and then loading loading for next 45 sec.Is it 4G speed??
How can they charge from a customer for 4G pack, if the speed is less than 2 G??
Please think, What will be the situation in rural area if they are giving this typ service in the cities like Indore???
Please take action immediately, otherwise I will raise FIR against R-JIO.

Updated by daya7575 Still my complaint is not resolved and they have closed the service request without my confirmation.
Its totally not acceptable.
Anyone please look into.Dont use Jio sim card.They are fraud, please do speed test.They are not giving 4 G speed.

Yesterday I again opened a new service request (SR00000M7EUQ) for this issue but it happened same as like last time.
They( RJIO) have closed my second complaint also without resolving it .And its I got a call from local Jio person ( contact number: [protected]) regarding this complaint .Instead of resolving my issue, he was totally misbehaving and asked me that " we are having this of internet speed in that area, why you have recharged ?"
This experience is totally worst .
I am saying again that, kindly resolve this issue, I have recharged before two months and still internet speed is not getting well.
