Dear Sir/ Ma'am
Today[protected] nearly at 11:30am i have notify Reliance infocom customer care no [protected] that internet service is not in working at my residence because of which my child is not able to study and loosing her important lectures and classes.
When I have called them again, the person informed that the problem solution will take 24 hours.
Reliance Company never being late to switch off the connection if there is delay of even 5 minutes in recharging than why consumer should bear loss in service when full month internet service cost has been paid. Was this information helpful? |
