I had sought recharge of rs 310/- on 01.09.2017 for my wife's mobile no. [protected] which had failed but my account with the bank was debited through net banking. The transaction no. Appearing is[protected]. I had mailed twice on 13.09.2017 and 19.09.2017 seeking refund of the amount but have not received a response to my emails. I would once again request to kindly look into the matter and instruct my bank to refund the recharge amount of rs 310/- for the failed transaction at the earliest.
