Reliance Infocomm — refund still not received for wrong recharge through reliance using myjio application. | |||
Respected Authority, On the 9th of April at 9:43p.m i had recharged my Jio Number [protected] as my plan was about to expire the next day. But unluckily i believed the My Jio application and recharged through MYJio application via Net Banking SBI. I had recharged utilizing the 8 vouchers one them i had reducing the 399 plan to Rs 349 and performed the process successfully and also recieved message at 9.45pm from Jio. But, the recharge was not successful and plan still remained expired and then consequently i had to recharge again withh 399 to get my facilities back. I am thorough supporter and good user of Jio and always encourage people around me to use Jio as i feel the network is unmatched in India. Hence, as an old customer and actove supporter of Jio i hereby request you to refund my Rs 349 which i recharged first and was effectively converted into a voucher of 349 which could not be claimed as recharge and i had ro recharge again. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible as i was also tolf from Reliance Jio Customer Care and Jio support Office in Cochin that my first recharge attempt was unsuccessful and Rs 349 would be refunded.
