Reliance Infocomm — Why harassment us by supplying poor quality of network?

I have honour to inform you that in our place jio is supplying poor quality of network. Due poor network quality we are unable to make call and unable to see live tv. We are not recharge our number to spoil our money. Is jio know that we are not consume jio service in free? Why you harrasment us? If you don't provide better quality of network in our place than your service should shut down in our place. It will help us to find substitute of jio.
