I am your valuer customer from last 4 years, Multiple product purchase with Hazaratgunj, Lucknow branch and recently with Agra and Mathura store but recent one worse level of experience received from Mathura Reliance Jeweler store.

I have purchased one earring at Agra Reliance trends store and for same product i have ordered Pendel set...

I submitted my jewellery items for service and repairs on 12/11/2023.the expected date of delivery is 30/11/2023.till date no status is updated, calls are not answered when I'm trying to connect with store.. From day 1 to till date I have not received a single call from the store regarding my service update ......

I am writing to report a case of financial fraud that I recently experienced.on 16/11/2023 I purchased a gold ring.
On that they are ok with all the details and policies and on billing time they did a mistake of name mis-match on original bill and give commitment to resolve on next working day.
It was my special day on 18 th of nov I went to out of station to celebrate for 5 days and second day I wound that ring is changing...

Counter staffs alongwith his head has denied to give written statement provided by reliance about payment procedure what he have told me as the payment procedure is only the same as he is instructing me to follow.this make me very embarrassing because they have also not provided all payment related documents in printed form....

As we purchase the product from Shipra mall gaziabad uttar Pradesh they provide us false and inadequate information about exchange policy which made fed-up and never come to the store for further purchase now we are thinking for police complaint and consumer court they thief no doubt and nothing gonna happen we know but we will spread this information as much as we can on social media so the customer stops to go thier save them selves with...

They don't provide accurate details, they just took us granted for all time. From last 4 days we are daily coming but this guy's are really hopeless . At the time of scheme they called us multiple times for getting our scheme open here. But worst ever service I have faced here nobody is giving a good response even including manager. Even on the date 7/10/2023 we asked them to freeze the product for that specific amount but they have not freezed...

I purchased jewelry from the Mira Road branch on 8th October. @ silver3 rings, one nose ring, and one silver bracelet. Both the silver rings had American diamonds and within 2 days the diamonds were coming out of the ring. This is not at all expected from such a huge brand. Please help me with this....

I have bought a gold earing on 6th aug 23. It got broken twicein a span of month.
Til now my wife has wore it two time and both time it has broken. When first time broken I bought it to the reliance jewel store they send it to mumbai ho for repair I waited for 15 days when I got it back and my wife wore it got broken again.

They sold the set by saying that it is a diamond set. But, on the bill there is no mention of diamond anywhere. Everywhere they have mentioned the word 'stone'. And there is no diamond certificate also. This is the proof that it is not diamond. This is sheer cheating.

Purchased pendent set on22/1122 price 110000 from Bhuj showroom dist Kutch .During 1 St use itself one earing joint broken.wisited showroom yesterday and the sales man said that it will be repaired at Bombay but u have to bear the cost of gold material which will be added during soldering.
