Reliance Jewels — Ladies diamond ring faulty

Hi this is vikas Arora from Gurgaon. I buy diamond ring for my sister from gold suk Gurgaon as on date 05/11/14. My sister coming from uk and she wearing at once but unfortunately middle of diamond fell off. Same compaint to gold suk in reliance jewels but no one can take seriously this is actually faulty ring or otherwise no chance to fell off like this. I want to repair free of cost.
