Sir, On 19/-04-1015, Vide Customer Code :CUS0360643, Invoice No:[protected]IN00030, I, Rameshbhai B Patel purchased 22K-P-CHAIN for an amount of Rs.26773.47(Article Code No:SKU0447095) The said purchase was done by using SBI DEBIT CARD at RELIANCE JEWELS at VADODARA under the scheme that there will be 5% case back during this Akshaya Tritiya Jewellery offer (Offer wef[protected] to[protected]. I am also facing same issue since last 3 weeks, despite close follow up there is no response. The said purchase was done by using SBI DEBIT CARD at RELIANCE JEWELS at VADODARA on Nov 6, 2015.

Can these be looked into?

I suggest fellow Indians not to buy from Reliance Jewels and waste their time and energy on these follow-ups.I have not seen such bad experience with any other Jewellers.
