I purchased a new Jio SIM on 23 September. Jio sim no [protected] And i got this message on 23 September

Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection.
Thank you,
Team Jio

Its more than a 8 DAY now and Connection is still not activated.
And no further communication from them.

I visited the store 5 times but nothing done.

First I didn't got any message from jio for one month.Then on last saturday i got a message that my application for a new connection was received and I was given an order number. But still its not been activated so far .

Moreover I am unable to call jio customer care from aircel and airtel. It says invalid number([protected]).
How pathetic service from jio Please activate my sim as soon as possible.
