[Resolved] Reliance — Keep generating bills for the data card that i have lost | |||
I was using a reliance wipod datacard, that I have lost 2 months back. Reliance keeps on generating bill for the same even after multiple remainders and complaints. They were not ready to take cancellation request until I pay the bill.So I paid Rs.1950 and sent an email requesting cancellation on 24th Aug 2016. Now again Reliance has generated the bill and asking me to pay the due for this month. I have called the customer care again today ( 25th Sep 2016) to disconnect the connection, but they are not ready and they want me to pay the due again. Why should I pay due for something that I am not using. I have sent an email last month to disconnect, Please help me to get away with the connection and reliance for ever.
