[Resolved] Reliance — Landline | |||
I have a relaince land line.no [protected]. The model is wi bridge. At the time of purchase company told that in post paid lad line company will give service if there is any problem of land set. But when my set become damaged (Within 7-8 months approximately ) I complain to customer care (198) of the company. They registrar the complain and told me that service will happen within 72 hours. But from the service center of the company no person come to my house and told that they will service every set except wi bridge company's set. They suggest me to give it in reliance store. then i give it to reliance store Uttarpara (Address - 18, AD Paul Road, Uttar Para, Kolkata- 712258, West Bengal Near Uttar Para College, Phone No. [protected]). But even after 90 days they do not back my set and company also charge the monthly rental for last three months. Though I even not able to dial a single no as my set is still there. I need a proper judgement against this duplicity of reliance company. i call to there custome r care at least more than 21 times but no action is taken by them still now. My alternative No is [protected] or [protected]. And also i want to mention you that there is a call come into my mobile(No [protected]) yesterday from your company (Phone no. - [protected]) and they told me that your line will deactivate within 48 hours ! why? where is the fault of me in this case? please take some positive action against that as soon as possible.

The Store Give me a Set today. The line is suspended and also the Phone Set is Damage again.Enough is enough. Please surrender or stop my phone.I dont want to use relaince landline.
wi bridge ladline is complient since over 3 months old no responce from customer care
My Reliance CDMA no 32920698. was converted to GSM new no. [protected] and they gave Wi-Bridge instrument. Now as rcom services stopped, I called wi-bridge company to unlock the phone. Rcom not helping and wibridge asking to courier the phone to hyderabad, they are asking to pay 300/- as charges to upgrade software so that phone can be used with other operator. This is harassment of reliance customers. Reliance and wi-bridge both should come up with some solution and customers should not be asked to courier phone to hyderabad from mumbai. Why I should be paying unnecessary charges due to reliance negligence.
Hope Reliance and wibridge give some solution.
