[Resolved] Reliance Landline — complaint of customer care service | |||
I have a complaint regarding worthless and useless customer care service[protected] which did not attend my complaint and disconnected the call 3 times on 8/8/2014 between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM for the Reliance wireless Landline number [protected] from the same landline wireless number. Whenever I explained my complaint and asked them to check out that I have been wrongly charged for Reliance STD number, the customer care executive did not answer intentionally disconnecting my call in a way as if he did not want to take any complaint and spend time in your center without any working and asks me to go to RMS for new plan queries. Please take strict action against your customer service executive because this service is becoming a burden. Loss of time of the customer and loss of money(salary) of your company.
