[Resolved] Reliance Landline — Dissatisfied with Broadband and Internet Service | |||
Dear Reliance, We have problem with our broadband and Internet connection. Despite of calling customer care service we have not got any positive response on our complaint. Our two broadband connections are having problem :[protected],[protected] also our Internet connection gets disconnected in between, which affects our work. Also following are the complainant Nos. Complain No: Land line(Account No:[protected]:[protected] Date: 18/07/2014 Reliance Internet(Account No:[protected]:[protected] Date: 21/07/2014 We have several times registered our complain but still we have not got assistance from Reliance. After registering our complaint on Nov 5, 2014, we are still awaiting for assistance from your technical team. We got reply through email on Nov 7, 2014 that Customer service team will be get back.
