[Resolved] Reliance — Leased line down from last 4 days | |||
I am one of the customer of reliance communication my SUB . ID[protected]. From last 4 days their lease line is down. I have talked to every body from their office even manager to customer care but they seems help less. They asking that they can't do anything than who is repsonsible in reliance. Some of guys from relience is saying that they are facing some rental issue that they didnt pay rent for their device that's why these are down. Some guys saying that JVVNL disconnect our power supply and they dont have enough deisel for genrators. Today I went to their head office and their service manage asked us that it will also down for coming 7 days and i can give you in written than who is coming to help us. They don't care that how much we have loose and how much we are in trouble they are only giving fake promises.
