Reliance Life Insurance — GBIC and Reliance life Insurance

In June 2014, I received a call from GBIC saying that my policies have agent code and that I can exchange for new policy. I selected Reliance and My relationship manager became Mr.Rajiv Sharma from Delhi office. I was told I will receive the surrender value by September end. Then I got another call for bonus. I was told to block some amount which would be refundable at a later date. I paid a cheque to MAXX VALUE CARD for Rs 115000 and AXIS PRO Rs 50000. Then again for Income tax Rs 80000 to AXIS PRO. In January I receievd a call from Mr. Virendra to pay service tax. Rs.62190 & 25190 to senior account Mr. Bhupendra. Thereafter I got a call to pay some balance Rs 48890, 42190 for services provided by company & Rs. 32000 on bonus declared on LIC on 5th March, 2015. I was told I would receive 13lacs by 10th March. No amounts I have received and Mr. rajiv is not traceable. Please guide how I can recover my money. Regards, Rina [protected]
