[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Medical policy review | |||
I rahul gupta and my wife (Mrs. Meenakshi sharma) have taken medical policies from reliance life insurance company. The policy numbers are 50696913 and 50697003 and we regularly paid the premium for the last three years and since the 4th year started in the month of january 2016 and so, we paid the premium along with required documents, forms etc. We are asking for the receipt, whenever we ask for receipt, we get the reply that the process is going on and when we ask your operation manager mr. Ankush through whatsapp, he doesn't reply at all and moreover, he scolds the junior employees that why they pass on his mobile no to customer. When ever i, visited the reliance office i got the reply that irda has not yet given the permission to revive the policies and we can't help it. Sir, i can't digest this answer and this means reliance brand is duped from the last three years in the name of health insurance. More over, the staff is employed to serve the public and they are so irresponsible such is the treatment to the customers of reliance. I am really disheartened to see this sorry state of affairs and i don't understand who shall i contact. Even i have taken the medical policy of my mother (Policy no 51045906 and that is also going to complete the three years in the month of may2016 and would i face the same treatment in mother's case also?
