[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — reliance life unfair practises

In 2008 life risk policy was taken for single premium. After one year another premium as asked which was paid under protest. Thereafter policy foreclosed. Complaint was given in writing which was not accepted and then complaint was sent by registered post. After that reliance life advised to pay thrir year premium with a letter that i will not pay premium hence forth and my life risk will be covered. This letter was approved and acknowledged after 2 days in 2012 and immediately after making payment for third year policy was foreclosed. From 2012 i am asking for statement which is not given.in 2015 cheque of 113000 was sent to me which was returned with legal notice twice and i repeatedly asked how 113000 is refunded to me and that policy if for life risk. No reply is given till today. After that 4 representative called me and said i have paid 75000 and my fund value is 113000. But i have paid 150000 and not 75000. Recently one representative said 75000 is refunded to me in april 2013 by neft but the same is not given to me in writing and neither it is reflected in my banks and i have served notice to my banks also. Reliance life is playing hide and seek till today no statement is given to me in respect of my premium paid and how they have arrived at 113000 my fund value. I have asked life risk or refund of full premium with interest. Reliance is not giving any reply. Such harassment to senior citizen is not expected. It is only now i will aprroach legally i think my matter will be settled.
