Hi,
I booked furniture a month back from ambience relience living and was promised delivery within a period of 15 days.. Till date i have not received even a single call from reliance. No update on the delivery. Have been trying to reach on the contact details mentioned but nobody answers.
Looking at the feedback i now feel i made a big mistake by booking through reliance. Real bad experience. I believe the staff only cares about his target achievement and is least concerned about the customer experience.
