[Resolved] Reliance Living — Never Buy Anything from Reliance Living | |||
Dear Friends, I bought a Ace coffee table and a reclining chair from reliance living at Mantri Mall Bangalore on 25th June 2014(sales order number [protected]). The reclining chair was delivered on 21st July and the coffee table on 25th July. However they delivered the wrong coffee table and when I filed a complaint for the same they said it will be delivered in 2 days. I am still waiting for that coffee table it has been more than 10 days now and there is no clarity whatsoever on what is happening. They always say that we have raised a request with the warehouse to deliver the right product. Reliance sales people know how to sell their products but when it comes to addressing the customers queries they are least bothered. The only thing that matters to them is sales figures. Customer comes last in their mind. I swear not to buy anything hereafter from any of Reliance outlets. Thanks & Regards, Prashanth K Was this information helpful? | |||

We had number of follow ups with the Reliance living and finally got the products purchased through their outlet. It is really a pity that such a big company makes customer suffer on small things. Such big companies should make people proud of their origin however looks like profit always takes precedence over everything in the world. People after learning from such experiences should now learn and vow never to visit any Reliance showroom. | |||
