[Resolved]  Reliance Living — Damaged Mattresses

Hi, I have purchased king Size bed and Mattresses from Reliance Store in Kukatpally, Hyderabad with Sales Receipt No: [protected] on 20th April. Within 3 months, I started facing issues with Bed and Mattresses. I have been raising concerns with the Kukatpally Branch since then and nothing has happened. Somehow, Branch in charge Mr. Ramesh helped me at last to get the Bed repaired. Issue with Mattresses(which is damaged) is still pending and I have not received any support or call from anyone of you, though I have visited your store more than 3 times and made 10-15 calls till date. In August or September I have raised a complaint with the Reliance customer service with Complaint no: 1940787. This is my last resort to get the damaged mattresses replaced, please let me know if this is something you can do from your side? I will make sure that no one in my circle purchases a product from your stores, you have a PATHETIC customer service and after sales service. 2 months back, few people from the Reliance store came took pictures of the mattresses and left. According to them now they can't help because, the Kukatpally store is closed. I really can't understand Is this really RELIANCE Store or a road side vendor. Now, even the Customer service email id is not functional. REQUEST TO ALL THE PEOPLE OUT THERE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM RELIANCE.. DISGUSTING!! DISGUSTING!! DISGUSTING!! DISGUSTING!!
