Reliance Market — product refused to give because that product is not updated in system

I had very bad experience in relainace markit patiala punjab 147002
I want to purchase a nilkamal plastic stool

On 5 oct 2019 but in billing counter thery refuses to give that stool because of this stool was not updated on system. Then why they displayed that item which is not updated in system. That time maninder singh said that this will update after 24hr in system. I went there around 6pm in evening but at that time. No grocery manager was there, his name is harpreet singh. He was not in reliance market.
I faced very bad experience
