Reliance Market — reliance employee misbehavior

Dear team, i visited to your outlet in patiala today. My reliance card was not accepted, while you don't have city wise card for the same format outlets. Noticing me under pressure a fellow customer offered help by asking me to purchase on his card which your bill cashier :[protected] girl )
ballatantly refused . She was very uncourteos, unfriendly, rude and bad behavior and we demand appropriate action against her and an apology from your team.
I and my family love to visit reliance market in patiala again.We happy to buying things and good time to spent it watching so many products together.
( we request to reliance company to ask her, why she behavior is very bad to us ) please help us to no our reason
