Reliance Mart — Billing problems | |||||
I am a regular customer of reliance market(Rajkot). i face allot of trouble while billing the products. bar code reader machines are never working and its very time consuming to manually enter the bar code of all the products and staff is also less for billing. there is no sufficient staff to do the billing. we are suppose to wait for half an hour. It was noticed that balance in my a/c points are very low. Let me inform the last date and points surrendered. In my today's bill an amount of Rs.323 shown as REDEEMING TENDER - ? clarify please.
