Reliance Mart — Defective product and did not return

Dear team, My wife and I are regular customers of several products of Haldiram's since years, in particular, of Aloo Bhujia. It has a unique and amazing taste that has made us loyal to the brand. On 12th February 2015, we bought Haldiram's Aloo Bhujia from Reliance Mart, Arakere, Bangalore. Product details: Haldiram's Nagpur Aloo Bhujia 350 gms Rs. 76 Batch no.: 14C-04 Packed on: 28 Dec. 2014 Best before: 27 Jun. 2015 Since we were travelling, we recently opened the packet. To our disappointment the taste was completely different, bland, not at all like usual Haldirams Aloo Bhujia. This was the case only with this particular packet and we could know that immediately as we have had this product since many years now and the know the taste very well. We tried to register our discontent that the product is not appropriate at the retailer - Reliance Mart, but they did not accept or cooperate. The store manager gave all illogical reasons that how he could not exchange/return it. I wrote the complaint in the complaint register also but got no response. I regularly purchase my groceries from reliance mart and fresh and this kind of service is really unacceptable. I demand a strict action and update about that. Hoping for a positive response.
