Today at 13.00 hrs i went to reliance smart, located at bannerghatta main road, bilekahalli village, begur hobli, bengaluru-560076 and bought some items. One of the items was 4 nos dutchie mista ma twista - 180ml, yoghurt drink of which two were of orange falvour and the other two were of bluberry flavour. There was an offer on this item in as much as if you buy one item of the drink you get one item free of the same flavour. But to my shock and surprise that staff at the billing counter told that the offer is available only on mango flavour where as the placard kept near the item stated that the offer is available on all variants. Surprisingly the placard showed the price as rs 200 instead of rs 20. I attach the scanned copy of the placard and my bill for reference. I request the management of reliance smart to educate the staff to be fully conversant to the offers made by them in order to prevent the customer getting disappointed by the denial of the offers.in this case as the offer was denied to me i was compelled to remove the above items from billing.
